Michelene Craft-Maynor, OTR/L, CHT
Michelene Craft-Maynor graduated from Loma Linda University in 1990 where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She also earned her B.S. degree in Health Education from Cal State University, Northridge in 1988. Michelene (Mimi) has spent her entire career in Hand Therapy, becoming a certified hand therapist in 1997. Her memberships include ASHT, AOTA, OTAC, and American Association for Hand Surgery. Mimi lives in Thousand Oaks with her husband and four sons. Her interests include marathon running, triathlons, and jet skiing. Mimi is an accomplished Ironman.

Kristy Ukauka, MOT, OTR/L
Kristy Ukauka graduated from Michigan State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She went on to earn her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Midwestern University just outside of Chicago, Illinois. Kristy spent three years working with patients in an inpatient traumatic brain injury facility in Downer’s Grove, IL. She has worked for the last seven years of her career with special needs students in the public school systems in Chicago, IL and Simi Valley, CA. She is excited to be the newest addition to Handworks, Inc. She lives in Camarillo with her husband, four children, and four dogs. Her interests include singing, playing the piano, physical fitness, church activities, watching her children play football, baseball, and basketball, and spending as much time as possible with her family at the beach.
